These 1 Bowl White Chocolate Brownies are rich, fudgy, and irresistibly sweet—with a velvety white chocolate cream cheese frosting. Quick to make and even quicker to disappear!
Ingredients
Brownies
1 cup (226g) unsalted butter
6 oz (170g) pure white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1½ cups (188g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
Optional: 1 cup (180g) white chocolate chips
Frosting
4 oz (113g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
¼ cup (56g) unsalted butter, softened
2 oz (56g) white chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup (120g) confectioners’ sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Whisk in sugar, then eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
Stir in flour and salt until combined. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
Spread batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30–32 minutes, loosely covering with foil halfway through.
Cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add melted white chocolate, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.
Frost brownies, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use quality white chocolate bars for best results (avoid chips for melting).
Chill before slicing for clean edges.
Unfrosted brownies freeze well for up to 3 months.
