Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon, then spread them in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples in an even layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
For best results, use tart apples like Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji. Allow the crumble to rest 5 minutes after baking for cleaner serving.
