Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup frozen blackberries

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative

  • 1 cup almond milk or preferred plant-based milk

  • 12 teaspoons honey or agave (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)


Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients – Peel banana, measure frozen berries, and wash greens.

  • Add Liquids First – Pour almond milk into blender before adding solids.
