- 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
- 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Biscoff cookie spread until well combined.
- Add the Rice Krispies and crushed Biscoff cookies, mixing until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Allow to cool, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For cleaner cuts, let the bars cool completely and use a sharp knife. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
