Description

Soft and chewy Rice Krispie treats infused with Biscoff cookie spread, offering a warm cinnamon flavor that’s perfect for snacks and desserts.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Biscoff cookie spread until well combined.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies and crushed Biscoff cookies, mixing until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For cleaner cuts, let the bars cool completely and use a sharp knife. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
