Description

Delicious caramel apple cheesecake bars featuring soft apples, creamy cheesecake, and sweet caramel on a crunchy graham crust, perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake layer and use a knife to swirl it gently.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and doesn’t jiggle.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into bars and serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the bars for at least 4 hours before slicing. Serve with ice cream or a drizzle of warm caramel.
