Description
A rich, layered dessert that combines fudgy brownie and smooth cheesecake with sweet caramel and chocolate chips.

- 1 package of brownie mix
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions and pour half of the mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Add the remaining brownie mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top, and sprinkle with chocolate chips and butter.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a clean slice, wipe the knife between cuts and warm the blade under hot water. Serve chilled and sliced with a dusting of cocoa or a drizzle of caramel.
