  • 225 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 60 grams powdered sugar
  • 5 milliliters vanilla extract
  • 30 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate drizzle (optional)
  • Crushed nuts (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries thoroughly and pat dry. Remove the green stems and hollow out the center of each strawberry without piercing the base.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
  3. Fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or small spoon, allowing a slight overflow for visual appeal.
  4. Dust the tops of the filled strawberries generously with graham cracker crumbs for added texture and flavor.
  5. Optionally, top with chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, or sprinkles.
