Description

A rich no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy chocolate and a crunchy cookie crust. Perfect for parties or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 package regular Oreos (1 pound or 48 cookies, ½ reserved for top layer)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 1 small package chocolate pudding (3.9 ounces)
  • 1 small package vanilla pudding
  • 3¼ cups milk
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust layer by crushing Oreos and mixing with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan and chill.
  2. For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, fold in cool whip, and spread over the crust. Return to fridge.
  3. For the pudding layer, mix chocolate pudding with 1¾ cups milk and whisk until thick, then do the same with vanilla pudding and 1½ cups milk. Layer on top of the cheesecake layer.
  4. Spread cool whip over the pudding layers, crumble reserved Oreos on top, and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Cool whip should be kept cold until ready to use. Let the dessert sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing for neat slices.
