A rich no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy chocolate and a crunchy cookie crust. Perfect for parties or special occasions.

- 1 package regular Oreos (1 pound or 48 cookies, ½ reserved for top layer)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 small package chocolate pudding (3.9 ounces)
- 1 small package vanilla pudding
- 3¼ cups milk
- ¼ cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the crust layer by crushing Oreos and mixing with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan and chill.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, fold in cool whip, and spread over the crust. Return to fridge.
- For the pudding layer, mix chocolate pudding with 1¾ cups milk and whisk until thick, then do the same with vanilla pudding and 1½ cups milk. Layer on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Spread cool whip over the pudding layers, crumble reserved Oreos on top, and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Cool whip should be kept cold until ready to use. Let the dessert sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing for neat slices.
