- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until they are cooked through.
- In a saucepan, mix the cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce over medium heat until warm.
- Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. These meatballs can also be frozen for 2-3 months.
