- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for rolling.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls, then roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
