Ingredients
For the Dough:

½ cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
2 tbsp (30ml) milk (any kind)
½ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1¼ cups (156g) heat-treated all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup (90g) mini chocolate chips
For the Coating:
8 oz (226g) semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
½ tsp vegetable oil or coconut oil
Optional: flaky sea salt, chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add milk and vanilla; beat until combined.
Mix in heat-treated flour and salt until a thick dough forms.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Scoop and roll into 1-tablespoon balls. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Melt chocolate with oil until smooth. Dip truffles one at a time, tap off excess, and garnish immediately.
Chill dipped truffles for 20 minutes until set. Enjoy!
