Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cream cheese frosting (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before adding cream cheese frosting on top and cutting into bars.
