- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cream cheese frosting (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamed mixture.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before adding cream cheese frosting on top and cutting into bars.
