A festive, creamy punch that blends ice cream with soda for a delightful holiday treat.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 6 tbsp (3 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tsp almond extract (can substitute vanilla extract)
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 2-liter 7 Up soda

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and hot water. Heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved, then set aside to cool.
- Once cool, stir in the evaporated milk and almond extract until combined.
- Pour the sugar mixture into a large punch bowl and add scoops of vanilla ice cream, mashing slightly as added.
- Slowly pour the soda into the bowl, gently stirring to combine.
- Ladle the punch into cups, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles, and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served immediately for a frothy texture. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours; add fresh soda if needed before serving.
