Description
A cool, sweet punch that’s easy to make and fun to serve, featuring blue Hawaiian Punch, Sprite, and pineapple juice topped with vanilla ice cream.

- 1 bottle blue Hawaiian Punch (1 gallon, chilled)
- 1 2 Liter of Sprite (chilled)
- 12 oz pineapple juice (chilled)
- 10 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, stir together the punch, Sprite, and pineapple juice.
- Just before serving, drop in the scoops of ice cream. Gently stir, just until slightly frothy.
- Ladle punch into glasses to serve, topping each glass off with one of the scoops of ice cream.
Notes
Best served in clear glasses to showcase the blue color. Consider garnishing with a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry.
