- 1 cup whipped cream

- 1 package mini graham cracker crusts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Add the green food coloring until you reach a desired shade of green.
- Spoon the mixture into the mini graham cracker crusts.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with a red cherry or raspberry on top before serving.
