- mini graham cracker crusts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream and a few drops of green food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the mini graham cracker crusts.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then remove and let cool.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, decorate with small red candy hearts on top.
