Delicious homemade churro bites that are warm, crisp, and perfect for dipping in Nutella. Easy to make and irresistibly sweet!
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Nutella (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, add flour and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Use a piping bag to pipe small rounds of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove churro bites from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and coat churro bites in the mixture.
- Serve warm with Nutella for dipping.
Notes
Keep finished churro bites in a low oven to stay warm and crisp before serving. You can use a zip-top bag if you don’t have a piping bag.
