Ingredients

- 3/4 cup (180ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60ml) white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon honey or granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl or a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Whisk or shake until the mixture is well combined.
- Taste the dressing and add more seasonings if desired.
- Store the dressing in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Shake well before using.
Notes
Shake the jar before each use, as oil and vinegar separate over time. The dressing can be adjusted for taste and used with various foods.
