Description
This non-alcoholic Honeycrisp Apple Sangria is the ultimate fall drink — crisp, refreshing, and bursting with apple cider, citrus, and warm cinnamon. Perfect for family gatherings, brunches, or cozy weekends!
Ingredients
2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced thin
1 orange, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1¾ cups (420ml) fresh apple cider
1½ cups (360ml) 100% grape juice
¼ cup (60ml) orange juice
3 cinnamon sticks
1–2 tablespoons honey or agave (optional)
Sparkling apple cider or club soda (to taste)
Optional Cinnamon-Sugar Rim
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Water (to moisten glass rims)
Instructions
Add sliced apples, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks to a large 2-quart pitcher.
Pour in the apple cider, grape juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Add honey or agave if desired, to sweeten.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, stir well and add a splash of sparkling apple cider or club soda to each glass.
(Optional) Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar for a festive touch.
Serve chilled, garnished with fresh fruit and a cinnamon stick.
Notes
Don’t add ice to the pitcher — serve over ice in individual glasses to avoid dilution.
Use unfiltered apple cider for the richest flavor.
Substitute Fuji or Gala apples if Honeycrisp isn’t available.
Make up to 24 hours in advance for best flavor.
