Description

Deliciously flaky bites filled with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 8 oz brie
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into squares.
  3. Place a piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
