- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8 oz brie
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut the puff pastry into squares.
- Place a piece of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a pocket.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm for the best flavor. These bites can be made ahead and frozen; just bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
