Ingredients

1½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 large eggs, separated
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
⅓ cup (67g) granulated sugar
1¾ cups (420ml) buttermilk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
