Description
A quick and sweet no-bake treat made with chocolate, coconut, and graham crumbs that can be prepared in under an hour.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions
- Mix melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
- Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
- Chill mixture in fridge for about an hour, or in freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Shape small portions (about 1 1/4 inches) into balls and roll in extra graham crumbs.
- Put rolled balls back in fridge until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour.
- Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
For an extra twist, try adding chopped nuts or swapping chocolate chips for white chocolate.
