- 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies (regular or holiday-themed)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for extra fluffiness)
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or mini M&Ms (for garnish)
- Red and green sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
- Extra whole Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Crust: Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over the Oreo crust.
- Make the Pudding Layer: Whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk, then let sit for 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with Marshmallows: If desired, sprinkle mini marshmallows over the pudding layer.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies or mini M&Ms and add sprinkles and whole Oreos before serving. Slice into squares and enjoy.
Notes
For a firmer pudding layer, use slightly less milk. Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
