Description
A warm, cheesy dip that combines all the flavors of pizza in a quick and easy appetizer.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces (226g) brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 3/4 cup (180g) sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup (240g) pizza sauce
- 1 cup (113g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (60g) pepperoni slices
- 2 Tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Optional for garnish: fresh parsley and/or basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, sour cream/yogurt, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano together in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Spread into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish, cake pan, or similar size casserole dish that can hold 1.5–2 quarts.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with pepperoni, then sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and/or basil, if using. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
For best results, serve hot. Use sturdy dippers that won’t break, such as toasted baguette slices or breadsticks. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
