Ingredients

- 12 large mushroom caps
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced herbs (e.g., parsley, thyme)
- 1/2 cup cheese (e.g., Parmesan or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, herbs, cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 8–10 minutes.
