Description

A quick and sweet treat for Valentine’s Day that anyone can make at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts
  • Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe container, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stopping to stir after each set, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips and pink candy melts the same way as above. Once melted, mix the two together.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
  6. Using a butter knife, gently swirl the chocolates together.
  7. Top with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
  8. Place the chocolate in the fridge to chill. Allow it to set for about 45 minutes.
  9. Once the chocolate bark has set, break it into chunks as large or small as you like then enjoy!

Notes

Work quickly when the chocolate is melted to maintain clean layers and swirls. Aim for a thickness of about 1/4 inch for easy breaking.
