Description
Deliciously festive cookies combining Oreo pieces and Valentine’s Day M&M’s in a soft, chewy cookie.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a medium bowl using a spatula.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and well incorporated.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients (flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt) into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Fold in the Valentine’s Day M&M’s and roughly chopped Oreo pieces.
- Use a large cookie scooper (1/4 cup or 4 tbsp) to portion the dough into 10 equal cookies and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes; cookies will appear underdone in the center.
- After removing from the oven, swirl the top with a cookie cutter to make them round if desired.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
Notes
Store cooled cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature. To keep them soft, add a slice of bread.
