Deliciously soft and colorful cookies filled with crunchy Oreo pieces and festive M&M’s, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.

- 1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped, regular stuffed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
- In a medium bowl, cream the butter and both sugars together using a spatula.
- Add in the vanilla and egg, mixing until smooth and well combined.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients: flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt, stirring just until combined.
- Fold in the M&M’s and Oreo pieces.
- Using a large cookie scooper (1/4 cup), scoop out the cookie dough to form about 10 equal cookies.
- Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 13 minutes. The cookies may look underdone; this is normal as they will continue to bake while cooling.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months.
