Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs. Gradually add in the milk while stirring to combine everything smoothly. Once it’s well mixed, add the melted butter and ensure the batter is smooth with no lumps.
  2. Prepare the banana filling: In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until they are smooth. Then, mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Heat the skillet: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little bit of butter or oil.
  4. Cook the crepes: Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet. Quickly tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly across the surface. Cook until the edges start to brown, then flip the crepe and cook the other side. Repeat until all the batter is used.
  5. Assemble and serve: Serve the warm crepes filled with the banana mixture and add toppings if desired.
