Instructions
- Start by preparing the batter. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and swirl to cover.
- Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is lightly browned.
- Carefully flip the crepe and cook for another minute on the other side until set and lightly golden.
- Spread Nutella on each crepe and add banana slices. Fold or roll them as desired.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.
