Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the fresh blueberries with a little maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Stir the melted coconut oil and remaining maple syrup into the dry mixture until combined.
