- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the fresh blueberries with a little maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
- Mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Stir the melted coconut oil and remaining maple syrup into the dry mixture until combined.
- Spread the blueberries in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Cool for a bit before serving.
