Description

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Mix the gluten-free flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the vegetable oil, buttermilk, eggs, red food coloring, vanilla extract, and white vinegar in another bowl.
