- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter (melted)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl and stir gently.
- Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Mix the oats, almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, and salt in another bowl until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the blueberries.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
