Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter (melted)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl and stir gently.
  3. Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix the oats, almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, and salt in another bowl until crumbly.
