Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl, then stir in the sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
