- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking pan.
- Combine melted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Sprinkle the cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the wet mixture and gently stir until just combined.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until smooth, then add powdered sugar and egg yolk, mixing until creamy.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the baking pan and spread evenly.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer, spreading gently.
- Top with remaining brownie batter and swirl lightly with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
