Description

Deliciously rich and chewy peanut butter blondies filled with chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter (170 grams)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (about 270 grams)
  • 2 cups light brown sugar (420 grams)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (250 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Reese’s Pieces (about 140 grams)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (about 120 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Mix in the light brown sugar, whisking in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the all-purpose flour and salt until just combined.
  6. Add the Reese’s Pieces and chocolate chips, folding gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes, until set.
  9. Cool in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

For an indulgent twist, serve with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
