Deliciously rich and chewy peanut butter blondies filled with chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
Ingredients

- 2/3 cup unsalted butter (170 grams)
- 3/4 cup peanut butter (about 270 grams)
- 2 cups light brown sugar (420 grams)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (250 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup Reese’s Pieces (about 140 grams)
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips (about 120 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix in the light brown sugar, whisking in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour and salt until just combined.
- Add the Reese’s Pieces and chocolate chips, folding gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, until set.
- Cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
Notes
For an indulgent twist, serve with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
