Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese filling by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  3. Make the cookie dough by creaming together unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
