Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter: Start by heating a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium-low heat. In a mixing bowl or blender, combine flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend or mix until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the crepes: Lightly grease your skillet. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and quickly swirl it to coat. Cook each crepe for 1 to 2 minutes until edges lift and the bottom is golden. Flip and cook the other side for another minute.
  3. Whip the cream: In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
