- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
- Mix the berries with lemon juice, cornstarch, and vanilla in a bowl. Spread this mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the berry filling.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden on top.
- Cool in the pan, then cut into bars to serve.
Notes
