Description

Delightful treats made from crispy Rice Krispies, smooth chocolate, and creamy peanut butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate: In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips over low heat. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Be careful not to burn the chocolate!
  2. Add the peanut butter: Once the chocolate and butter are melted together, stir in the peanut butter. Keep stirring until it is well mixed and creamy.
  3. Mix in the marshmallows: Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly mix in the mini marshmallows. Stir until they are melted and fully combined with the chocolate mixture.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies: Gently fold them into the chocolate mixture until they are evenly coated.
  5. Form the balls: Let the mixture cool slightly. Once it’s cool enough, take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Coat with powdered sugar: Roll the formed balls in powdered sugar for a nice finish.
  7. Allow to set: Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them firm up.
