Instructions
- Mix the batter: In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Prepare the skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with some butter or cooking spray.
- Cook the crepes: Pour a small ladle of the batter into the skillet. Quickly swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift. Use a spatula to gently flip the crepe and cook for another minute until it is lightly golden.
- Repeat the process: Remove the cooked crepe from the skillet and place it on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
- Add the filling: Once the crepes are ready, fill each one with sliced strawberries. You can fold or roll them up based on your preference.
- Serve and enjoy: Dust the filled crepes with powdered sugar and add a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
