- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Combine the peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the baking powder and salt until evenly distributed.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly spread throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, serve warm with ice cream. Store in an airtight container.
