Description

Deliciously soft and chewy blondies combining rich peanut butter and chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the baking powder and salt until evenly distributed.
  5. Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly spread throughout the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
