Description

A delicious and refreshing protein shake that combines the rich flavor of cookies and cream with the nutritional benefits of protein.


Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (62g)
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (112g)
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened Vanilla almond milk (360ml)
  • 4 Oreo thin cookies
  • Additional Oreo cookies (crushed for topping)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
  • Vanilla ice cream (for extra creaminess)
  • Mint extract or mint Oreos (optional)
  • Cocoa powder (optional)
  • Xanthan gum (to thicken, if desired)

Instructions

  1. Blend the almond milk, protein powder, and yogurt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the Oreo cookies and pulse gently to mix them in.
  3. Serve the shake in glasses, topping with crushed Oreos, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup.

Notes

Shake can be halved for a single serving. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one day.
