  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by lightly greasing it.
  3. Blend the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, whole milk, flour, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender or a large bowl.

  5. Bake for 28 to 32 minutes until the tops are lightly golden.
  6. Cool the pies in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
