Description
A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a solid crust.
- Make the cheesecake filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overmix; you want it to be fluffy.
- Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until it is well blended.
- Add the strawberries: Gently mix in the vanilla extract and sliced strawberries.
- Pour and smooth: Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the pan. Use a spatula to smooth out the top.
- Chill: Refrigerate your cheesecake for at least 240 minutes, or until it is fully set.
- Serve: Before serving, top the cheesecake with a layer of strawberry jam and additional fresh strawberries.
