Description

A warm and gooey dip made with rich chocolate and sweet marshmallows, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C milk chocolate chips
  • 3 Tb milk
  • 5 1/3 C miniature marshmallows
  • Graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Grab 1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips and pour them into a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of milk to help the chocolate melt smoothly.
  3. Include 1 1/3 cups of miniature marshmallows for a gooey texture.
  4. Move the pan to the stove top and heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Once melted, carefully pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 4 cups of miniature marshmallows over the melted chocolate.
  7. Preheat your oven to broil and place the pie plate inside.
  8. Watch as the marshmallows broil until golden brown, about a couple of minutes.
  9. Remove the pie plate from the oven and serve with graham crackers for dipping.
