Description

A delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, combining creamy chocolate pudding, fluffy marshmallow, and crunchy graham crackers into a cool dessert perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 810 graham crackers
  • Optional: chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Start by putting a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Next, spread half of the chocolate pudding evenly over the graham crackers.
  3. Then, add a layer of marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate pudding.
  4. Repeat these layers once more: graham crackers, then chocolate pudding, followed by marshmallow fluff.
  5. If you like, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top of the final layer.
  6. Cover your baking dish with plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer for at least 240 minutes, or until firm.
  7. Once fully frozen, cut the dessert into squares and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly covered in the freezer for up to two weeks.
