Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy chocolate pudding and fluffy marshmallow filling, all layered with crunchy graham crackers, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 ½ cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
  • 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
  • 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dish: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the edges.
  2. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, whole milk, and ½ cup of Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Place half of the graham crackers evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture over the graham crackers and chill briefly.
  5. Beat the cream cheese and marshmallow creme together until smooth.
  6. Fold in the remaining 2 cups of Cool Whip and a pinch of salt until combined.
  7. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the chocolate pudding layer.
  8. Top with the remaining graham crackers and press gently into place.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  10. Lift the dessert out using the parchment paper and slice into squares. Serve and enjoy!
