  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup sprinkles
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch pan by greasing it.
  3. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla extract.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients with the milk, alternating between them.
  7. Fold in the sprinkles into the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool the cake completely in the pan.
  11. Make the frosting by beating softened butter, then gradually adding powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, and folding in sprinkles.
  12. Frost the cooled cake generously with frosting and additional sprinkles on top.
