- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13 inch pan by greasing it.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the milk, alternating between them.
- Fold in the sprinkles into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake completely in the pan.
- Make the frosting by beating softened butter, then gradually adding powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract, and folding in sprinkles.
- Frost the cooled cake generously with frosting and additional sprinkles on top.
Notes
Store at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
