- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Melt the peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan to create an even layer.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or for two weeks in the refrigerator. Freeze for up to three months.
